USCIS finally has a website portal -- Is it 1999 or 2009?

Prompted by President Obama in June, USCIS in the last 90 days developed an interactive website portal.  As of September 14, it is now online.  Yes, USCIS is now on the internet!  Is it Sept.1999 or Sept. 2009?

In any case, myworkvisa.us welcomes the news.  Specifically, immigration resolution requires the United States to have a fully functioning and responsive immigration agency.  Furthermore, never before has U.S. immigration information been so readily available for all to read and download the necessary forms.  Petitioners can even check their respective status and get email updates.  Some applications can even be submitted online.

Automating USCIS processes and procedures is a major accomplishment.  We thank those who made it possible.
